Well,... I don't wanna give bad reviews but I don't know what to do at this point. On December 20th, I paid for a pair of SVT swaybars (both front and rear). On about December 30th (around then, can't see my sent messages so I don't know) I asked if he had shipped them and got a tracking #, like I like to have everytime I buy. He said he had forgotten and would ship asap. Understandable. I know things come up. On the 15th maybe (once again, can't see my sent messages, or I would know for sure) I just asked for my $ back. Not even all of it, just about 80%, to be nice, and I said he could just keep them if he wanted to send that $ back. He said he had already shipped, so I just waited. I then asked for the tracking # and he said he would look for one, but never anything after that. On monday (1/28/13) I asked for the # again and he still hasn't gotten back to me. I bought some SVT door handles from him in early December and they got here in 5 days, so I know shipping shouldn't have been this long. What do I do at this point? Every transaction I have been a part of via the web has been good, so I have never been in this situation. At this point I just want my $ back.
And if he's interested in keeping side-income flowing through the B-S-T; he'll see this and rectify it quick, fast, and in a hurry!
I've bought from him as well, and while my experience doesn't mirror yours, I definitely feel your pain (it will happen to us all at some point or another)! He was decent when I dealt with him, so something may have happened during shipping and he found out... I've gotten t-boned by things when I was shipping; your heart sinks and you go into full-blown damage control mode! It's kinda embarrassing when it happens...
same thing happened with me. over a month it took to finally get what i ordered an svt header/flex. first he told me that it got lost with USPS and that he would up one it by sending ups with a tracking #. I put in a dispute and told him I wouldn't close the dispute till I got the header well it finally came and I closed it simple as that, but man that was the longest time I ever had I wait for something. hope u get your stuff man!!
Don't waste your time pm'ing him.. paypal is excellent at reimbursing buyers money. Get your money and move on, unfortunately that's how the cookie crumbles.
Ive had this problem with this guy for a set of seats so im out a big chunk of change!
Having sent the money as a "gift" on Paypal theres not much I can do. Any help with contacting this guy would be helpful.
I'm sorry to hear this. I'm not sure you can do anything if you paid as a gift. That's why I never do. He never responded to my PM's and that was the only form of contact I had with him. And Paypal/email, but he never responded to anything.
