You don't listen, people are still complaining about the DCT in the 13 for all the same reasons as the 12. Its the same basic hardware, so there is still the same risk of mechanical failure as far as input shaft seals, and or programming issues. The 2013 is not new or improved in any way shape or form over the Job 2 2012 from a mechanical standpoint, at least as far as what's been discovered.

Just because you didn't see people writing about it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Every new 2013 owner lately has also seen to have complained exactly the same issues as the 2012.

A myriad of complaints here Many of whom have 2013 Models. So no its not immune to either quality control issues, and or other factors.
