Wasn't it only 10 degrees there this morning? A week ago it was -4*F in Milwaukee and after 10 minutes/3 miles my needle JUST started leave the C in the dash thermostat. I think this car just doesn't heat up quickly - at least not until I hit highway speeds for a minute or two.

But it does eventually get hot - so maybe there is something wrong with your car.
