Getting the CAI will allow it to atomize the gas and air better which means better compression. I only suggest a 3" if your going to turbo. As for the tuner getting it from Tom he will update you for life free for n/a focui and the ones that are 140 are fake but if they do work it's a cheap tune that will probably mess the ecu up. But it all depends on what kind of power you want to make I think 250whp is max for n/a engines but 350whp is what most turbos get but can go way past that.
After 150whp you need tall money or machining skills to go higher with a N/A Zetec. Boosting will cost close to the same but, the gains are much better.
