I was wondering if it is possible to take out the fuse for the traction control and still have the car start and function normally. Has anybody tried this? It would be great to have that option since in terms of control of my cars computer I since I have a base and only control over the trip odometer.
You'll get an ABS and an ESP warning light is all.

There is a 40A ABS/ESP pump fuse at F7 in the passenger compartment box but don't pull that one, if you want to disable ABS/ESP pull the luggage compartment F19 5A ABS/ESP feed fuse.
