You'd need the 23 pcm to run the imtv that the 23 has. Or you could run the 20 manifold on the 20, but that is one of the +'s of the 23. If you like your zx3, Then why not go for your mods then? Price out a 23 head & then a 23 motor to give you an idea on cost. Get a Fwerk's header going plus a stealth muffler.
