It's been so long, I don't even know.
I do know that the pinout for auto and manual computers is different. You can repin the auto harness to work with the manual computer instead of replacing the harness. Not sure exactly what all needs to be changed, but there are threads here and on focaljet with the various computer pinouts.
Changing the transmission harness is a given.
Maybe the third one was engine harness, but you need to do that anyway with the zetec swap.
