I'm pretty sure that TPMS became Federally mandated safety equipment in the 2008 production year. I have a 2006 ST and no TPMS. You'll have to monitor your own tire pressure though. On the plus side if you run a second set of rims you'll save money by not having to purchase the sensors or fool around with them for regular tire change overs.
