If you're experiencing a problem with SYNC, a Master Reset may correct the issue by erasing all stored data, call history, and previously paired phones. I've provided instructions below, but which display are you referring exactly, jeff_nc?
Just to clarify, is your system equipped with the in-dash nav system?
Thanks, Jaclyn. I do have the in-dash nav system. But the instructions on the web page you referenced don't work for me. Their step 1 is to press the AUX button. I don't have one of those. I think I have been all through the menu system, and I don't see Master Reset anywhere.
