I do a good bit of Caterham work with the SVT , Zetec and Duratec engines in the Caterham , I have build and dynoed the FR Head and the Massive and my opinion is if you can get a FR Head then buy it , it works well and with the same engines built with ITB`s there wasnt enough diff for the massive head
The enging having ITB`s make better HP / TQ to the wheels then the stock intake and I was thinking the massive would make more power but it didnt
sdaddy the only way you will know 100% what the head is gaining would be if you go back with EVERYTHING stock but the port work , stock cams , compression , stock non adj cam gears etc , If your adding compression , cams , adj cam gears thats about 20+ HP gain right there so there would be no way to tell what the head (port work) is doing , interested to see how it does
