Mine has an L mode as the last position on the shift column. Or does this function as a traditional L range like an auto transmission?
Hi 13ingothatch,

L or "Low" position provides maximum engine braking, allows for downshifting to the lowest available gear for the current vehicle speed, and is not intended for use under extended or normal driving conditions. Driving the vehicle while in Low also results in lower fuel economy. Be advised that Low is not Sport mode; if you have any additional questions you can consult your dealer or download a copy of your Owner's Manual here:
