I would love to know how Ford (or any dealer service department) considers an oil leak to be "normal".
EDIT: They don't.
According to TSB 11-12-13:
2) Verify that it is transmission fluid (and not rust inhibitor).
3) If it is transmission fluid, replace 2 seals and clutch assembly.
