I went to my dealer and spoke with the shop foreman and he came out and drove my car while I was in the passenger seat. Of course, we didn't test it in any road situations that I complained about. I have issues in traffic and on hills but we just drove empty backroads. I did my best to explain when and how the issues come about and he just kept saying it was normal. He said since Ive never drove a manual, that my issues are just because it feels different. I got pretty hot and explained that I drive over a 1000mi per week and know what an automatic transmission should feel like and since that's supposedly what I bought, that's what I should get. He kept calling it an automatic manual so the delay in accelerating and the rolling backwards are normal. He told me I need to learn how to drive differently to account for the different transmission. I had a word document highlighting all the issues I have had with the car and he kept that and said he would call Ford and discuss solutions with "them". I am supposed to get a call from him.

Also, my passenger side speaker is vibrating constantly and he has ordered a new speaker to replace it. I've PM Crystal and hopefully she can help me.

What a nightmare.
