Car wont start

Lately my car has been acting up, starting sometimes and not other times. I had noticed over the past 6 months or so that sometimes i had to depress my clutch a couple times and push really hard to get the car to turn over. In searching, i have begun to think it could be the clutch pedal position sensor. I called Oriely but they have no part under that name. Is there a different technical name for it.

It's a 2003 zetec with 140,000 miles.

Also, could it be a fuse or relay issue. I am on vacation in arizona and really need to fix this so i can get back home to california for work.

In regards to modding...
(Not to mention an excuse to get out of the house before my wife makes me watch another episode of America's Next Top Model)
