This is why I always slather the mating surfaces (especially the hub center) with never-seize.

SOME have been bad enough to need a LARGE sledge hammer to get off....

Plastic dead blow hammer is my usual trick, but that doesn't always do it!

Add salt water to the dissimilar metals and you get a LOT of corrosion (that white stuff caked on from the aluminum corroding) - what a PITA!
