And I just left a nasty review for my last dealer visit explicitly stating I know they're giving people the run-around for this issue (in addition to my car's oil being under-filled at the dealership). If Ford isn't going to pay/rate their dealers well for doing warranty work, their dealers certainly aren't going to get good reviews.
