I would like to know how this "black box" that the dealer wants to install in my car is going to capture info when the transmission slips into neutral again.
1. Both times it has happened to me, there have been no codes etc. from the car.
2. I may be wrong on this, but I thought that I read somewhere that the tranmission will not throw any codes in this condition.
3. Am i supposed to drive with this thing indefinately. It has only happened twice in 18000 miles.
To me this just sounds like a huge stall tactic.
