xcal3 flasher/tune will run you around $400 and it is something you can do on your own. That price is for the xcal (which you use to flash a tune to your ecu) and a custom tune provided by the place that sells you the tune. They will customize your tune based on what you want and what mods you have to your car, they can change many of the parameters to your car's ecu mapping.

The two more popular tuners are Focus-Power (1turbofocus aka Tom) and, research both if you are considering buying a tune.
