The head will physically bolt up, and it may be easier to just use a VCT delete setup and only deal with removal of the VCT in the ECU vs an entire retune with a new cam timing setup.
If that cts sf3 flasher is "locked" to a certain ECU/VIN number, then no it wont tune.
