All done, ripped my driver headlight apart again and fixed the issue.

The projectors come with 2 different rubber seals for the back of the projector bowl against the reflector housing.
The driver side I rounded out a lot and used the big one, the passenger not so much and used the small one.

This caused my driver side to be lower than my passenger, even when it was adjuster higher.

Ripped it apart again and swapped the washer and now it works beautiful.
I will get better pictures when its not so foggy out!
I wondered if those rubber washers could've been the culprit. Just been too busy to open them again. I know what I'll be doing once the semester ends
