I've already went this route with Jeff, Crystal... not interesting in doing it again. Ford does not stand by their cars.. they offer horrible customer satisfaction and after going to multiple dealerships with two different Focus's... its painfully obvious that there is no Ford Dealership I can work with to find satisfaction with my vehicle.
