I don't know on the Focus since mine has power windows in the back, but I've only seen two types of mounting for crank windows. One uses a cover that you pry off revealing a screw. The other uses a metal clip you can remove with a rag. Take the rag and slip it behind the crank and then work it back and fourth and around the crank while pulling the crank away from the the door panel. There is a U-shaped clip that the rag will catch and release. Give it a try. It can't hurt anything even if the Focus doesn't use the clip.
