Wow inspirational indeed. I wish I had the will to lose 40 lbs and start jogging.
I used to skateboard everyday for at least 4-6 hours. It really was a good workout. Now that I've stopped for three years now and have a desk job, I've noticed a huge loss in energy. I have even developed knee problems. I knew it was going to happen from over 20 years of skateboarding. Now that I've lost a lot of the leg muscles my knees have lost the support to feel healthy.
I'm only at 210 at 6' tall but its all in my gut and face and I feel so uncomfortable most of the time.
I've become lazy due to lack of energy and it even has affected my mood. Depression sinks in at times.
I just really need to get off the couch and start walking. Maybe even hit the gym.
