This is very anoying, the same problem is also with using navigation on Xperia and geting voice messages from Navi (they are too quiet... non listenable)
where can I set BT sound level in Ford SYNC ?
thanks, K
Hi, 123kajote -

There aren't any Bluetooth settings that can be adjusted on the MyFord Touch system; we recommend adjusting the media volume on your phone.

Have you tried changing the Speed Compensated Volume? This feature automatically adjusts the system's volume to compensate for speed and wind noise. You can set the system between off and +7. To get to this setting, press the gears on the house screen and select SOUND.

Let me know if this helps or if you have additional questions.
