Aaaand a third thread I'm answering with nearly the same information. I've had this problem, as well, and like my other issues the service manager has said "it's expected".
What, exactly, is not expected in this vehicle? Every single time I've taken the car in for something it's been denied and I've been told it's working as expected. Not one time has a service department done anything to my car.
