I can rotate engine by hand and all is good its when I start the car the pointer remains in the correct spot but heres the problem when I shut down the car not the pointer will move a bit to the right completely out of the window. Have you ever replaced the tendioner? The spring in there actually slowly wears out. To the point that they actually recommend replacing the tensioner every time you replace the belt.
