No. I haven't removed the timing belt. I think that it's out of time. I was told that the first owner changed the timing may not have been done correctly.

I want to insure that the timing is tits before I put the new belt and pulleys on. I want to be 110% sure everything is correct, so I don't have to do this job twice.

I picked up a new tensioner today. After looking at the new one, the outer lip was also missing. The belt looks new, so I'm not too worried about that.
