I do not but I also have no issues with the clutch/transmission.
For me, TCS on or off makes no difference in "smoothness".

In your case, perhaps a clutch replacement is the answer (possibly because of leaking seals).
Yup, I had one tranny software reflash made in march 2012, when the tranny initially died on me. That was pre 12B37. Then later in summer I had 12B37 done and it improved the tranny behavior greatly, but saddly, it didnt lasted. I told the dealer about it but but he told me, over the phone, that my tranny was just fine w/o even seing it...I'd like to switch cars with him for a couple of weeks so he can experienced ''my perfectly working'' tranny...

Tried pretty much everything in the book but the dreaded battery pull.

We'll see...Thanks to the OP for the T/C tip.
