Recently I went back to the service department of my local dealership and asked if any new TSB's had come out about this issue. He looked it up and said that they'd already changed these parts.
The end of the conversation came when he said that because we filled out a survey sent to us by Ford by expressing dissatisfaction with the service we were "messing with his pay and ratings". WTH!?!
To hell with Ford and their corporate stupidity that results in less help because it penalizes their own people.
Short of the long is that that dealership's service department will no longer help me.
