I'm going to make bumper-to-fender brackets. Not going to even attempt wheel liners. those are injection molded ABS plastic....not something I'm capable of.

it was because the paint I scuffed was too fresh and all the solvents hadn't evaporated out yet when I tried to spray on new "re-wet" and the solvents re-activated causing the wrinkles.
