I just took my car in today and went with the service manager for an extended ~20 minute drive. He did note a few things, but sort of gave me the "it's normal" stuff, which I don't fully believe yet. But at least he agreed to perform the inspection and work that Ford had asked him to. So, in a few days I should have a better idea of the entire issue...
