There's 5 turns of adjustment in these shocks (each turn = 180°, so that means 900° of total adjustment) so at the recommendation of the Mazdaspeed forums, I tried an initial adjustment of 50%, or 2.5 turns (each turn of adjustment = 180°, so its more like 1.25 turns or 450°), but I've yet to give her a real driving test yet. The ST front struts are surprisingly super firm, so I might have to dial the Konis up another half turn to try and match.
One thing I have found out about all this, is that the stock touring dampers are so underdamped, it's pathetic.
