Full SVT Exhaust swap
Finally got a frigging answer from the local DPS on what's legal on exhaust here. I can move to the exhaust from any model Zetec Focus --so long as I keep the 02s, get a new cat keep the EGR yada yada. Obviously I'm taking that as a green light to do a FULL exhaust swap with an SVT.
I'd like some ideas about what to do that'll produce the results I'm looking for:
SVT header --used vs new?
SVT flexpipe --used vs new?
SVT cat (the CFM ones look solid --has to pass emissions)
O2s --which are the best?
I'm getting a new oil dipstick and tube since I don't think mine would survive being bent.
As for a catback...
I want a catback that will get performance, but I don't want it to be noisy or look flashy. Bland but quick and fun --that's the whole point of this car.
What all will I need to do here?
