Disappointing that Ford does not seem to be providing updates for real bugs in the system. I guess, like all software companies, they'd like us to move to the "subscription" system and just buy a new car every year. I plan on keeping this for a good long while. The car I traded in was a 2001 Focus wagon with 163,000 miles.

3.1.1 is currently the latest version for your vehicle. You can check for updates any time by logging into your SYNC account, available updates will be listed under the SYNC UPDATES tab.

What exactly is going on, HRK1138? Does the system detect a USB device is connected? Are you using an mp3 player or a thumb drive? PM me the details, I'm happy to look into it. :)
