I was excited when I picked mine up from the dealer after the repair. Their service people seemed genuinely concerned about it and wanted to fix it. There is really no denying that this problem is real and it's widespread. And the "Ford service hotline advice" to the dealers' service departments is NOT working. At least not on mine. It's very disappointing to say the least.
