The motor i'm looking at is coming out of a 2002 write off. It has a 126000 kms on it and the cylinder commpressions on all four are between 181 and 188. Should i look at taking the head off it and get the vlaves redone before i run the engine. I also was unsure if these were good compression readings. Any advice is welcomed.
Your compression is good.These engine are known for dropping intake seats.If it were my car I would do the head work before the engine gets swapped out.
