This is what I looked like 3 months ago. Until one day I watched a documentary on Netflix called Fat Sick And Nearly Dead
This movie changed my life. At this time I was 296lbs I was wearing a size 46 waist and when those got too small I decided I needed a change in my life!
So I started juicing vegetables and fruits everyday for 60 DAYs Fresh juice made at home and it took me a max of and hour everyday to make my juices !
This was the hardest thing that I have ever done in my life
I went from eating whatever I wanted to drinking green juice everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner!
After the 60 days I was down 58lbs
I was super excited but really scared to start eating again,
I ve heard bad stories of people doing juice fast and gaining a bunch of weight back and more. So I decided for 1 month I would eat nothing but raw fruits and veggies!
After the raw month was over I had lost another 18lbs and feeling great !
Now I'm eating super healthy I pretty much cut all breads pastas sweets and (meat but not for long lol) this is a current pic

And I know some of you will say where did you get ur protein? Or this or that or it's unhealthy
Well fruits and veggies have a lot of protein especially spinach!
FYI I did visit my doctor every two weeks and he was surprised at how fast I was becoming healthy with blood test to prove it!
Now I'm a size 38 waist and Xl shirt
I do plan on dropping down to 185lbs
