There is a ground to chassis from the large harness, and a "conduit" to the battery (negative) terminal. Wow, that's really helpful. Your good reputation is deserved and growing!! I will send you a PM for the pic. This could easily save me 1/2 day of work and slicing OEM taped conduit to expose wiring. I'll let everyone know if '05-'07 Focus with no cruise option are wired in the engine compartment.
