Generally, the only thing you need to do is increase the size of the rear sway bar. Putting the stiffer bias toward the rear is all that needs to happen on a FWD chassis.

The stock ZX3 is obviously set up for understeer at the limit. The SVT is set up more neutral, but still understeers a little (but will still lift-throttle oversteer if you're really trying).
