Some Titanium X standard features:

Bi-xenon headlights, with automatic height levelling and jet wash (includes LED day running lights, static cornering lights and variable dimming instrument cluster)

Active park assist, including front and rear parking distance sensors and powerfold door mirrors

Sony DAB Audio System with 9 premium speakers

Bluetooth® Hands-Free Phone and Voice Control System with USB/iPod® connectivity port

Driver's front seat with power height, fore/aft adjustment and recliner

Heated Front seats

Partial leather-trimmed seats

Thatcham Category 1 perimeter and volume-sensing alarm (a "real" alarm system)

It may be comparing apples to oranges but a US Titanium would easily cost $24K~$25K with these standard features.

If the Titanium X sells for 21,495 GBP and the ST will have a base price of 24,000 GBP, expect the ST to start at $27K here.
