It depends on your area really. X plan is set from the factory, cap on Dealer Handling fees as well but you can negotiate better than X plan.

For example we have a Titanium HB MSRP of $27,370 and X-plan of $25,806.

Our Costco price is $24,708 but once you add in fees it's back up to $25,357 (still better than X Plan).

Currently AMEX is in violation of our state codes so I don't have pricing for them but they are pretty agressive. You'll just have to shop to see what prices look like in your area.
