As for the loaner vehicle, they are provided per dealer availability. It would be great if everyone got one for any given reason however, not all dealers have that option. Dealers may base their decision on whether or not the customerís vehicle was purchased at their location or if an extenuating circumstance occurred. Also, rental provisions are offered under any one of Fordís Extended Service Plans.
