Here is how this should have gone.
Ford Customer Service : We again apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. If you give me the information I am requesting we will provide a rental car until your BRAND NEW FORD FOCUS is repaired. ( It is the least we can do as for other customers we are giving them free maintenance for 5 years). We understand that Texas has a lemon law but since we do not acknowlege that there is an issue we will not take the car back.
