As far as your physical assessment, that's a good start. I can't remember the standards now, but if I recall it's 11:47 or less 1.5 mile run, ~50 situps, and ~50 pushups. Those are minimums.
You'll be fine though. The amount you'll push and the running you're going to do for PT will get you where you need to be.
