So my question is, where is this software update that Natasha keeps mentioning resolves some issues. The dealer has no clue.
It blows my mind why Ford can't keep the dealers informed about the vehicles they are selling and servicing.
It makes everyone look like an idiot, especially when the customers know more about the issues than the people servicing.
And it puts the customer in the position of being the "guinea pig".
