Worse. Injury. Ever. in terms of annoyance at least :). I strained my groin many months ago during track season and held together through nationals to come out 10th in the 4 hurdles. Started working out again and had to take a week off even though I have relaxed for 2 months. Moral of the story, warm up thoroughly even when you're thinking you are ok :). Anyone else have annoying injuries that keep cropping up???
