don't worry so much about how much you can bench or deadlift. Work on muscle endurance. You want to be able to handle the demands of HIGH rep activities that you WILL be enduring. You don't need to be strong to get through it, but you want to be able to exceed the minimum scores. Get your two mile run down to 14minutes and below. Be able to do at least 80 pushups in 2 minutes and even more situps in the same amount of time. It sounds like it's impossible but you can get there in a couple months no problem. Don't go in there looking to just get by... go in there wanting to be the best!
