If you get a CEL with the Wideband its because your ECU is still reading the 02 sensor you have your Wideband in.

After I put my Wideband in , I got a CEL contacted my tuner (1turbofocus) Tom on here from Focus Power and he sent me a fix to disable the CEL and no more Cel for me . :)
So you didnt drill a new hole in the pipe you just replaced the correct one?

See thats what i was wondering, if i put in the wideband with the car stock and remove one of the stock o2 sensors to put in the wideband sensor if it would cause the ECU to keep the car from starting. If it just throws a CEL for a few days i can live with that.

My last car had an o2 sensor go bad and the engine died while i was driving it and wouldnt start tiill it was replaced thats why i was wondering. I had to have it towed to the shop and stuff it sucked.
It's not important to win, it's important to make the other guy lose.
