I'll support the consensus that there is a lot of good info out there, and it really is down to personal choice.
For a street car that you are not pushing WOT on the track, I honestly doubt you can really tell much performance difference between the tunes anyway. Drivability and smoothness of midrange power delivery is what I personally would notice on a day to day basis. Granted that is an assumption, I haven't seen a dyno plot of the FSwerks tune, but I can't imagine there is a serious gain to be found between the two. If you were to add forced induction into the equation I would believe there can be a wider variation in performance of tunes based on things like tuning for peak power or tuning for midrange, or tuning to keep the torque curve flat.
If I end up running a tune I will likely go with Tom's based on his service and helpful advice. Since he already replied and offered to help, I'd definitely recommend contacting him and discussing it with him directly!
