It sucks that you hate eggs, cuz they really are a super food. Perhaps if you added milk, meat and cheese to them, and scrambled them, it may help? Most body builder types who eat tons of oats and brown rice and grains poop atleast that any times a day and can range from constipated to explosive shits. If you believe in the paleolithic thing, your body has all that strange food it doesn't know what to do with, hence resulting in waste product. A guy I know who switched to paloe, consumes 2-3 pounds of meat, 18-27 eggs a day and dairy and only poops one time.
